1) Free Shipping: All packages ship with a delivery confirmation number (US orders) or a US Postal Declarations number (international orders), which is emailed to you on the shipment day. Any duties, tariffs, customs or other government fees are the responsibility of the buyer. There is a handling fee for international orders.
2) Payment options: We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, money orders (US orders only) and cashiers checks (US orders only). Unpaid orders over 30 days old will be cancelled.
3) Ship time: All items are made fresh per order, we ship within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment, sometimes sooner. Business days are every day except Weekends (Sat. & Sun.), Vacation Days & Holidays.
4) Intransit time: All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. We know how hard it is to wait for your goodies, if you believe that your order is taking longer than it should, first check the delivery confirmation number we emailed you, sometimes the P.O. will scan it intransit, which can give you an idea of your package progress. If you think it may be lost, send us an email and we'll check on it for you.
5) Return Policy: Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns, so please make sure you like a fragrance before buying it. We offer low cost, sample size items such as 5/8 dram fragrance sample size and 1 oz. massage oils so you can try a small size before you buy a larger size.
6) Replacement Policy: If you receive a damaged product, please send us an email and we will process a replacement immediately.
7) Fragrance Oil and Product Quality: I am neurotically, obsessively picky about my fragrance and product selection and quality. When I choose to carry a fragrance, I only buy from my select group of fragrance suppliers (most we've been working with for 10+ years), because I know they have the best oils. For every fragrance I carry, I have rejected at least 5 others. When I choose a fragrance, such as Pink Sweets (Pink Sugar duplicate), I only buy it from the same supplier to maintain consistency, just because I found that the scent does sometimes vary between suppliers and I want to make sure you get the same exact Pink Sugar interpretation now that you bought one or two years ago. Also, when the product description says undiluted, full strength (such as the perfume roll-ons), I really mean it, I do not add any bases or fillers of any kind. And, all our oils are phthalate free.
8) Discontinued Scents: We constantly rotate stock and if we are disposing more of a particular scent than selling it, it gets taken off our fragrance list. We hate waste but we refuse to send you anything less than 100% fresh products.
All our items are prepared in a pet & smoke-free, clean, sanitary environment. Our packaging is not fancy and our labels may be plain and sometimes be a wee bit crooked, but they are clear and descriptive. We are more concerned with the quality of the product that goes inside the package, rather than with the decorations on the outside packaging. Our containers are always clear or frosted so you can see exactly how much product is left. Our lotion pumps are airless, so there is no wasted lotion in the dip tube or having to bang it upside down to get the last bit out. All our jars are wide mouth so you can easily scoop out every last bit of scrub or lotion. All the product pictures are taken by us and show the real packaging and product you will receive.
9) Where can I buy from you? Well, Walmart, Target, Kohls and Bed, Bath & Beyond won't deal with us little handmade sellers, we would have to fancy up our packaging to make it store shelf presentable, get all the necessary bar codes and beef up any chemicals to allow it to sit on their shelves for years. We may even start selling through small specialty retailers, but that's a tricky situation, once it leaves our warehouse, you don't know how many fingers have touched your products, which creates a sanitation and freshness issue. So, for now, we make it fresh and ship it to you. Our hands to your hands. Easy. Safe.

My Navy pilot sister is deployed to the Horn of Africa keeping our waters & ships safe from Somalian pirates.
