Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis)

A robust herbal aroma similar to mint and pine.

Rosemary has a woody, evergreen like scent and is part of the mint family. In recent research, it’s been shown to boost nerve growth factor and support the healing of neurological tissue and brain function. Native to the Mediterranean, the wooded evergreen has been used in folk medicine for thousands of years to:

  • Improve memory
  • Soothe digestive systems
  • Relieve muscle aches and pains
  • Country of origin: Spain.
  • Extraction process: steam distillation.
  • 100% Certified Pure Essential Oil (PEO).
General Safety Information: Not recommended for internal use. Do not apply undiluted essential oils onto the skin, always dilute with a carrier oil. Avoid essential oils if you are pregnant, breast feeding, epileptic, have liver damage, cancer or have any other serious medical problem. A skin patch test should be conducted prior to using an oil that you've never used before. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Difference between Essential Oils and Fragrance Oils
How to Use
* Bath & Shower: Add 5-10 drops to hot bath water, or sprinkle into shower steam before getting in for an at-home spa experience.
* Massage: 8-10 drops of essential oil per 1 ounce of carrier oil. Apply a small amount directly to areas of concern, such as muscles, skin or joints. Work the oil gently into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
* Inhalation: Inhale the aromatic vapors directly from the bottle, or place a few drops in a burner or diffuser to fill a room with its scent.
* DIY Projects: This oil can be used in your homemade DIY projects, such as candles, bath bombs, bath salts, soaps and body care products.
